Our financial module provides you with a complete end-to-end solution for paying your officials. Here's a high level overview of what assignr.com offers.

Game fees are tied to an age group, officiating pattern, and the specific position that an official is working. Game fees can be overridden on an assignment-by-assignment basis. This feature is include for all of our customers, regardless of whether you use the financial module or not.

Officials provide their W9 on assignr.com. We store their information using bank-grade encryption, and can track who accesses their information and when it was accessed.

For organizations who have officials paid by an outside organizations(such as a league or a school), you can easily assign games to a specific organization for payment.

Once a game is complete, assignors approve games for payment. This process is very easy, and allows for last minute changes to game fees, assigned officials, and payor.

The game approval process consolidates all game payment information into a single statement for each official. You (or the person responsible for paying the officials) can easily see what is owed, and what has already been paid.

For our customers in the United States, you can enjoy the convenience of direct deposit for your officials. Your officials add their bank account information, and you can pay officials directly from your organization's bank account. This system also works well for organizations who have officials paid by an outside organization, such as a league or a school.

At the end of the year, we can handle your 1099s as well. Since your financial information will already be in assignr.com, we will generate an electronic IRS Form 1099-NEC for each official who needs one. For individuals who no longer work for you, we can also send a paper 1099 in the mail. All of this information is sent electronically to the IRS on your behalf, so there's nothing for you to fill out or mail.

Our system does allow you to use the features that make sense for your organization. If you would like to use our W9/1099 features but are not interested in direct deposit, you can do that. For organizations located outside of the United States, you are still able to use the system to track amounts owed and paid, even though we aren't able to offer direct deposit services to your organization.

To use the financial module with direct deposit, your organization must be on the League or Elite plan.

Organizations who do not use direct deposit will have access to the financial module with a subscription to the Elite plan.
