If you aren't receiving emails to your corporate email account via Assignr, here is some advice to provide to your IT staff.

If you are having email delivery issues, and your email account is managed by your workplace, here are some tips that you can share with your IT staff that will ensure that emails from Assignr are delivered.

Assignr uses Postmark to send email to officials and assignors. Corporate IT organizations may need to adjust their organization policies to let our messages through.

Here is some advice to mail administrators on how to best assist our customers:

Unfortunately the advice here does not apply if your email is not managed by a company IT organization (e.g. gmail.com, yahoo.com, or similar). Please contact support if you are having delivery issues and we can assist with troubleshooting.
