Assignr allows you to log into more than one account at a time on our mobile app.
When to Log Into Multiple Accounts on the App.
This is particularly useful for the following groups of people:
Parents and guardians that have more than one child whose accounts they want to easily access via the app.
Parents and guardians who are officials themselves and want to easily access their accounts as well as their children's.
💡 If you are an individual official with multiple different usernames/logins, it's best to merge them into one login. So instead of following the steps in this article, reach out to our support team ([email protected]), and we'll help consolidate them for you.
How to Log Into Multiple Accounts on the App.
1. First, download the Assignr mobile app.
If you have an Android, you can download the app from the Google Play Store.
If you have an iPhone, you can download the app from the Apple App Store.
2. Log into one of the accounts.
This can be any of the accounts. Follow the on-screen prompts to provide your username/email and password. Be sure to select the Remember Me option, if you'd like to stay signed in.
3. Select the Hamburger menu icon, then + Add Account.
4. Log into the second account.
Again, be sure to select the Remember Me option, if you'd like to stay signed in.
5. If needed: Repeat steps 3-4.
This is only necessary if you have more than 2 accounts you'd like to be logged into at one time on the app.
How to Toggle Between Different Accounts on the App.
After you've followed the steps outlined above, you are now logged into more than one account on the app.
To toggle between the various accounts, simply select the hamburger menu icon, then Change Account. Then, select the account you want to switch to.
If any of the accounts you're logged into have more than one site associated with them, you can toggle between those different sites by selecting the site name just beneath the user's name. Then, select the site you want to switch to.
