When an individual no longer needs access to the system, as an assignor, you can deactivate or delete an official to remove their access.

How to Deactivate a User

Assignr uses the Official checkbox to determine head count for per-official plans. When this box is unchecked, then the individual no longer counts against the total number of officials for your site.

When all of the checkboxes are unchecked in the Permissions area of a user's profile, this will deactivate their account, and they will no longer be able to log in to Assignr.

To deactivate a user:

  1. Select People β†’ All People.

  2. Find the person's name in the list, and select their name.

  3. Select the Edit button.

  4. Under Permissions, uncheck all of the checkboxes.

  5. Select Save.

How to Delete a User

If you would rather remove an individual completely from Assignr, then you can delete their account.

  1. Select People β†’ All People.

  2. Find the person's name in the list, and select their name.

  3. Select Delete.
