As an official, when you provide your availability in Assignr, your availability information is shown to all organizations you work with. Assignors can see when you are scheduled to work a game with another organization, although they will not be able to see anything other than the date and time of the game.
There are circumstances when you might want to provide different availability for each organization. For example, you might make yourself available every day for one league, but only available on Saturdays for a different league.
Similarly, if you are only able to work certain venues within an organization(s), you'll also want your availability to reflect that.
You are able to provide this kind of availability from within your Availability calendar. You can do so:
One date at a time, or
In bulk.

How to Update Multi-Organization Availability One Day at a Time.
1. Navigate to your Availability calendar.
2. Select Toggle Dates, then select a date with a β on it, to toggle it from Not Available to Available.
3. Select the Edit Times, Notes & Location button.
4. Select the date you wish to indicate specific organization/venue availability for.
5. In the I am only Available for... dropdown, select the organization(s), venue(s) and/or venue area(s) you ARE available to work that date.
If applicable, update the time(s) of day you're available and/or add a note.
6. Select Save.
How to Update Multi-Organization Availability In Bulk.
1. Navigate to your Availability calendar.
2. To update a series of dates, select the Add & Remove Multiple Days header. To update specific days of the week within a series of dates, select the Available Specific Days... header.
3. Select the date range you wish to indicate specific organization/venue availability for. If applicable, select the days of the week you are indicating availability for.
4. In the I am only Available for... dropdown, select the organization(s), venue(s) and/or venue area(s) you ARE available to work that date.
If applicable, update the time(s) of day you're available and/or add a note.
5. Select Save.
If you have Multiple Logins.
This availability functionality only works if you have one Assignr account (login) across your different organizations.
