Assignr's Video Module allows you to post and share videos amongst your officials, assignors and coaches.

An Overview of the Video Module.
For Assignors:
Using the video module, assignors can:
Post videos into your site's Video Library. For all of your officials to view.
Enable a You Make the Call multiple choice survey. Surveys can be added to any video in your Video Library, and can be completed by any of your officials. Results are compiled for your organization, enabling the assignor to see how their group would call a particular play.
Upload Videos into My Videos. Videos here can be just for your viewing, can be added to your site's Video Library, and/or can be shared with individuals (which will show up in their My Video Inbox).
View videos you've sent or received in My Video Inbox.
For Officials:
Using the video module, officials can:
View videos posted in the Video Library.
Respond to You Make the Call surveys associated with any video in the Video Library.
Upload Videos into My Videos. Videos here are just for their viewing, and/or can be shared with their officiating crew or assignor (which will show up in the recipients' My Video Inbox).
View videos they've sent or received in My Video Inbox.
When to Share Videos with Individuals versus in the Video Library.
Officials, coaches and assignors can interact with videos in Assignr in two different ways:
Option 1: Post a video into the Video Library.
The Video Library is designed for videos you want all of your organization's users to be able to view.
Assignors control which videos are available for viewing in the library. They can also enable a multiple choice You Make the Call survey on these videos, for training purposes.
Option 2: Send a specific video to one or more people.
The ability to send videos directly to people is designed for videos that only need to be seen by specific individuals — for example, by a designated officiating crew or assignor, rather than all users of a site.
You can upload videos that do not need to be seen by everyone within Videos → My Videos. And you can use the Share button next to any video to send the video to a specific group of people. Coaches can use this feature as well, to share a video with the assignor, or directly with a game's officials.
When a video is shared, the recipients receive an email, and the video can be viewed within Videos → My Video Inbox.
How to Upload a Video.
Any video that you upload into Assignr will initially appear in the Videos → My Videos page. Videos on this page are by default, NOT visible to other people, unless they are shared by an assignor to the Video Library.
Upload a New Video:
Select Videos → My Videos.
Select Upload a Video.
Select Choose File(s)
Select the video file you want to upload, OR drag-and-drop the video file into the blue box.
Once the file has finished uploading, select Review Uploads... This will take you to your My Videos page.
Edit the Video Details:
Select Edit, next to your newly uploaded video.
Follow the on-screen prompts to update the video's title, description, and thumbnail.
Optional for assignors: If you want the video to be visible in your site's Video Library (i.e. visible to all users), select Display in Video Library.
Optional for assignors: If you want the video to have a You Make the Call survey tied to it, select Show "You Make the Call" Survey.
If you are an assignor and selected to Show "You Make the Call" Survey (above), then you'll also want to:
Add the You Make the Call question.
Add the You Make the Call multiple choice answers you want your officials to be able to select from.
Under Correct Answer, add the correct answer.
Optional: Under Answer Text, add any text you want to be shown to officials after they complete the survey.
Select Save.
💡 Users are not automatically notified when a new video is uploaded to your site's Video Library, or when a new You Make the Call survey is added. To notify folks, we recommend sending an email to your officials, from the Messages (✉️) section of your account, directing them to the Videos → Video Library section of their account.

If you're an assignor, you can view the aggregated results for a You Make the Call survey.
Simply select the video you want to see survey results for, within Videos → Video Library.
How to Share a Video with One or More Individuals.
Both assignors and officials can share videos with specific individuals.
Navigate to the video you want to share, within Videos → My Videos, or Videos → Video Library.
Select Share.
In the To field, type the name(s) of the people you want to share the video with.
Enter a subject line and message, to accompany the video.
Select Share Video.
An email will be sent to all people in the To box. Recipients can select the link in the email to view the video. The video will also appear within the Videos → My Video Inbox section of their account.
How to Delete a Video.
Navigate to the video you want to delete, within Videos → My Videos, or Videos → Video Library.
Select Edit.
Select Delete Video.
