You can easily send a message to one or more people from within the Messages section of your account.
How to Send a Message from Assignr.com —
To send a message when logged into Assignr on a web browser, follow these steps.
1. From the upper right-hand corner of your account, select the envelope icon (✉️).
2. Select + New Message.
3. Draft your message.
In the To field, type or select the recipient(s) of your message. You can send messages to individuals, or to any of the groups you see listed (e.g. all assignors, all officials, etc).
Optional: In the BCC field, type or select the BCC recipient(s) of your message.
Enter the Subject and Message in their respective fields.
Message replies default to being sent to just you. If you want replies to go to all recipients instead, update the Send Email Replies To dropdown accordingly.
4. Select Send Message.
How to Send a Message from the Mobile App —
To send a message when logged into the Assignr mobile app, follow these steps.
1. From the upper left-hand corner of the screen, select the menu icon, then ✉️ Messages.
2. Select Send a Message.
3. Draft your message.
Fill in the To, (optional) BCC, and Message fields.
Message replies default to being sent to just you. If you want replies to go to all recipients instead, select the Send Replies to All checkbox.
4. Select Send Message.

1. How can I send a message to my assignor?
When you're drafting a message, in the To field, select the All Assignors group. Just be sure you're logged into the site whose assignor you're trying to reach. 👍
Proceed with the message-sending process as normal (as outlined above).
2. How can I send a message to my fellow crew members for a game I'm assigned to?
Select the envelope icon to the left of the game you're assigned to.
On the next screen, simply type in your message and select Send Message.
3. I'm part of more than one Assignr site. If I send a message to a group (e.g. All Officials or All Assignors), which site(s) do those groups pertain to?
If you send a message to a group, the recipients will reflect only the users in the site you are currently drafting the message in.
4. How are messages sent?
Messages that officials send through Assignr are sent via email, and will also show up in the Messages section of the recipients' Assignr accounts.
