Assignr allows you to easily send messages to:
Users of your choosing (regardless of what games they're working). This is most easily done from the Messages section of your account.
Officials working a specific game.
Officials working specific games (multiple).
We'll review how to complete options 2 and 3 below.

How to Send a Message to Officials working a Specific Game.
Navigate to the Games → All Games page.
Find the game whose crew you want to message.
To the right of the game, select Show.
Select Message to Officials.
Update your message subject and body.
Select Send Message.
How to Send a Message to Officials working Specific Games (Multiple).
Navigate to the Games → Batch Update page.
Input the game filters that align with the games whose officials you wish to message. Learn more about Game Filters here: How to Use Game Filters.
Select Next: Confirm Action.
Select Send a Message to Assigned Officials.
To send a message to all the games' assigned officials, select Send Message to All Officials. To send a message to just some of the games' assigned officials, select the checkbox next to the relevant games, then select Send Message to Officials on Selected Games.
Update your message subject and body.
Select Send Message.
