The Games page is where you’ll likely spend the majority of your time as an assignor. The main reason being, this is where you can assign officials to games.
Beyond that, there are several other things you can do from the Games page, and that’s what we’ll be reviewing in this article.

From the Games / All Games page —
You can:
Assign officials to games and view existing assignments.
View, search for, edit, publish, download, and delete games.
Add your games to your iCloud or Google Calendar.
By selecting the Show button on a Game —
You can:
Send messages out to that game’s assigned officials.
View that game’s notifications, any reports submitted for this game, and see a list of all changes made to the game (e.g. who changed a game & when was it changed).
View any notes, conflicts, and other information for that game.

How do I cancel a game?
To cancel a game, follow these steps:
From within the Games section of your account, navigate to the game you wish to cancel.
Select Edit to the right-hand side of that game.
Navigate to the Status dropdown, and select either Canceled (no pay) or Canceled (with pay), depending on whether that game’s assigned officials will be paid or not.
Select Save.
The system will automatically send notifications to all assigned officials, and ask that they confirm the change.

How do I reschedule a game?
To reschedule a game, follow these steps:
From within the Games section of your account, navigate to the game you wish to cancel.
Select Edit to the right-hand side of that game.
Navigate to the Date, Time and Location of the game, and adjust these fields as needed.
Select Save.
The system will automatically send notifications to all assigned officials, and ask that they re-confirm their assignment.
