What is a Pattern?
A Pattern describes the number of officials, and types of officials, needed for a specific game.
Each game is assigned a pattern. And every pattern has:
A name that describes the pattern.
One or more positions associated with it.
For Example...
As an example, a typical soccer game has three officials: one referee and two assistant referees.
A pattern that describes this scenario looks like:
Name β Three Officials
Position β Referee
Position β Assistant Referee
Position β Assistant Referee
