Checking the Status of a Payment

Once the game is over, your assignor will review and approve your game for payment. When this happens, the game will appear in the Financials → My Payments Received menu.

Your games will be organized into a statement, which is a group of games that will be paid in one batch on a schedule determined by your organization.

Your organization will typically pay you on some kind of interval, such as weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or at the end of the season. Once they initiate a payment to you, you will receive an email that indicates that the payment process has started.

The email will indicate when you can expect to see the payment in your bank account. Once a payment has been initiated, you can expect to see it in your bank account in 1-5 business days, depending on how and when your organization initiates the payment.

Once the payment has deposited, you will see another email notification indicating that you have been paid.

The Assignr mobile app will also show you a notification when a payment is initiated and also when it has deposited into your bank account.
