When your organization uses our direct deposit feature, there are three steps to get paid:
- Add a Bank Account,
- Add a W9, and
- Get Paid 😜
I guess that's only two steps, but who's counting, really?
All of your payment related information will be in the Financials menu:
From this menu, you can add and change your bank account, add your W9, and see a list of payments that have been made (or will be made) to you.
How often will I be paid?
The schedule on which you are paid is determined by the organization that pays you. Some pay weekly, others are paid bi-weekly, and others might pay once per month. We don't set the schedule, so contact your assignor or paying administrator if you have questions about this.
How will I know when I have been paid?
Once a paying administrator has initiated a payment to you, you will receive an email notifying you of the payment. You will receive another notification once the money has been deposited in your bank account. This process takes up to 5 business days to complete.
Direct Deposit is available only to customers located in the United States.
