Assignr allows you to place limits on the number of games that an official can work in a given day, week, or month.
You can also place limits on how often an official can work games involving a specific team. For example, you can restrict an official from seeing the same team more than once within seven days, or more than three times in 60 days.
Games per Day / Week / Month
To adjust the number of games that an official can work per day / week / month, navigate to the Site Settings page.
click your name in the upper right corner of the screen,
click Account, then
click Edit Site Settings
You can also place a restriction on a specific official's profile. Just navigate to the official's profile, and make the change on this page.
If an official has an assignments per day / week / month restriction, this will take precedence over the setting for the entire site.
Team Restrictions
To adjust how often an official, navigate to the Site Settings page.
click your name in the upper right corner of the screen,
click Account
To add a new restriction, click Add a Team Restriction, then specify the number of days and the number of times an official can work any team in the given time period (e.g. 1 time in 7 days, or 3 times in 60 days).
