Our platform offers an iCalendar feature that allows you to easily subscribe to your game schedule via the calendar software that you use. This ensures your games are automatically synced with your Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and/or other supported iCalendar software.
How to Add your Games to your Apple Calendar (iPhone):
On your iPhone, follow these steps:
1. Log into our mobile app and select the menu in the upper left-hand corner.
2. Select iCalendar Subscribe from the menu.
3. Select Subscribe from the Apple Calendar screen that pops up on your phone.
4. Optional: edit any settings on this page that you’d like to adjust.
5. Select Add.
That’s it!
💡 If you’d like to add your games to your Apple Calendar, but do not use our mobile app, you can also log into your account from a web browser on your iPhone. From there:
1. Select Games, then My Games.
2. Select Personal iCalendar.
3. Follow steps 3 through 5 above.
How to Add your Games to your Google Calendar (Android):
From your computer, navigate to a web browser, and follow these steps.
1. Log into your account and select Games, then My Games.
2. Select Personal iCalendar.
3. Right-click on Download.
4. Select Copy Link Address.
5. Navigate to calendar.google.com.
6. To the right of Other Calendars, select the + icon.
7. Select From URL.
8. Under URL of calendar, paste the URL copied to your clipboard.
9. Select Add Calendar.
10. Optional: adjust any settings for this calendar that you’d like to, by selecting the 3 dots button to the right of the Assignr calendar, selecting Settings, and updating as you see fit.
Note: the name of the calendar may default to ‘Assignr iCalendar’ or what looks like a URL.
iCalendar Frequently Asked Questions:
1. I’m an assignor. How can I subscribe to a calendar with all of my officials’ games, rather than just the games I’m assigned to?
To do this, rather than navigating to the top of your My Games page, navigate to the bottom of your All Games page. From there, select Site Calendar, and follow the same steps that you would follow above, depending on which calendar software you use.
2. Are my games synced immediately after they’re assigned to me?
Though it’s not immediate, games are synced periodically and automatically, so you can expect your games to show up in your calendar shortly after they’re assigned to you.
3. How far into the future does the sync go?
The iCalendar feed will show you your game schedule for any assigned games occurring between one month ago and three months from now.
