As an assignor, you can use the Game Reports feature to:
ensure that all officials showed up for a game,
report the game's score,
collect comments or a game narrative from the officials,
and/or collect any other data about the game you'd like to.
The Game Reports feature allows any assigned official to file a game report. Assignors will be notified of any newly-filled out game reports in the Daily Summary email sent to them each night.
How to Enable the Game Reports feature:
With the exception of our Recreational plan, any paid plan will grant you the ability to enable the Game Reports feature. By default, this feature is disabled.
To enable Game Reports:
From the upper right-hand corner of the screen, select [Your Name] β Settings.
Select Edit Site Settings.
Under Game Reports, select the option that makes the most sense for your organization.
Select Save.

Once you enable Game Reports, you'll want to navigate to the Forms β All Form Templates page, to configure your Game Reports. You can learn more about how to do that here: Game Reports - Administrator Overview.
What each Game Reports Setting means:
As you can see above, you can set up Game reports to be any of the following:
Disabled.
Enabled - Optional.
Enabled - Required.
Disabled.
Disabled Game Reports means no officials will be able to submit a game report after a game.
Enabled - Optional.
If Game Reports are set to be Enabled - Optional, then the following will be true:
Assigned officials will not be notified or reminded when a game is missing a report.
Any assigned official can fill out a game report for a game.
The assignor's daily email will list any reports that were filled out within the last 24 hours.
Enabled - Required.
If Game Reports are set to be Enabled - Required, then the following will be true:
All assigned officials will be notified when a game is missing a report.
Any assigned official can fill out a game report for a game.
Once a game report has been filled out for a game, reminders will no longer be sent for that game.
After the conclusion of a game, reminders for missing reports will be sent daily for one week.
The assignor's daily email will list any reports that were filled out within the last 24 hours.

As an assignor, the Game Reports page (Forms β Game Reports) will show a list of all recently submitted Game Reports. You can view Game Reports by the date they were submitted, or by game.
If a Game Report has been submitted for a game, you will see:
the name of the official who submitted the report, and the date they submitted it,
the Date/Tme of the game,
the Location, League, and Age Group of the game,
the Teams that played the game,
The Score of the game,
Icons indicating if there was Misconduct, a No-show, or Narrative filed with the report,
the Type of Game Report submitted,
and a Download button for the Game Report.
