If you want to leave a specific Assignr site, and no longer wish to be assigned to games from an organization, you can use the Manage Sites page to remove yourself from the organization. Here's how:

1. Sign into Assignr.com.

2. From the upper right-hand corner, select Profile.

3. Select Manage Sites.

4. Next to each site you wish to leave, select Leave.

If you do not see an option to leave a site yourself:

You'll just need to contact your assignor and ask them to remove your account from the system.

If you are not sure who your assignor is, please contact our support team, and we can help you identify who your assignor is.

For Parents of Officials.

If you are a parent of an official, and you are receiving notifications on behalf of your child, we would recommend following the steps above, on your child's behalf.

Wait, what's an Official?

If you have never been a sports official, and think that your email address was added inadvertently to our system, you can use our unsubscribe page (or the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email we sent to you) and we'll ensure that you no longer receive notifications from our site.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What happens when I leave a site myself?

Three main things will occur:

  1. Your profile will be removed from the site.

  2. All assignors for the site will be notified.

  3. Any upcoming unconfirmed games will be declined and unassigned.

2. Can I opt-out from a site's emails, but still continue to be assigned to games?

No. As an official, if you want to be assigned to games and stay on your assignor's list of active officials, you won't be able to opt out of email notifications.

3. Why don't I see an option to leave a site?

If you have any games assigned to you in the upcoming week, or any upcoming accepted games, then you will not be able to leave a site yourself. Instead, you'll need to reach out to your assignor directly.

4. Can I leave a site without notifying my assignor?

There is not currently a way for you to do this.
