The Assignr system does NOT require that a game be in an Accepted status in order to get paid via Direct Deposit or to show up in payment reports. However, some assignors want to ensure that a game that was worked by an official is in an Accepted status, even if the official did not click the Accept button prior to working the game.

To accept or decline a game on behalf of an official, you will need to navigate to the official's list of games.

Steps to Accept a Game on Behalf of an Official

From the Games page, if you are looking at a game that needs to be accepted, click the name of the official to navigate to their profile page:

Next, navigate to the official's list of games by using the Games link at the top of the page:

The Accept or Decline buttons (as appropriate) should be visible:

Alternatively, you can navigate to this page from the People page as well:

  • click the People menu on the left side of the page,

  • click the official's name, then

  • click the Games link at the top of the page.
