As an assignor, you can use the Game Reports feature to:

  • ensure that all referees showed up for a game,

  • report the game score, and

  • collect comments or a game narrative from the officials.

The Game Reports feature allows any assigned official to file a game report. Assignors will be notified of any reports filed in the Daily Summary email that is sent every night.

Enable the Game Reports feature

A subscription to the League plan is required to use the Game Reports feature. By default, this feature is disabled.

To enable Game Reports:

  • Click the Account link, in the upper right corner of the screen.

  • Click the Edit Settings link.

  • In the Game Reports section, choose the Enabled - Optional or Enabled - Required option.

If set to Enabled - Required:

  • All assigned officials will be notified when a game is missing a report.

  • Any assigned official can fill out a game report for a game.

  • Once a game report has been filed for a game, reminders will no longer be sent for the game.

  • After the conclusion of a game, reminders for missing reports will be sent daily for one week.

  • The assignor's daily email will list any reports that were filed within the last 24 hours.

If set to Enabled - Optional:

  • Assigned officials will not be notified or reminded when a game is missing a report.

  • Any assigned official can fill out a game report for a game.

  • The assignor's daily email will list any reports that were filed within the last 24 hours.

The Game Reports screen

As an assignor, the Game Reports screen will show a list of all recent games. If a game report has been created for the game, you will see:

  • the name of the official who submitted the report,

  • the game score,

  • an icon indicating there was misconduct, and

  • an icon indicating if there was a narrative or comments filed with the report.

  • links to edit, view, or delete the report

You can submit a game report on behalf of an official, but your officials should be expected to file their own game reports.

For details on how a referee can fill out a game report, see the Submit a Game Report help page.
