Assignr allows you to easily add coaches, athletic directors, venue managers, and other school personnel to your site. In this article, we'll cover how to do this.
You'll want to create a profile for each of your coaches & school personnel. As long as you are on an elite, enterprise, or per-game plan, you can add your school personnel to your site just like you'd add an official to your site.
We'll review the specifics of adding school personnel below.
1. Select People → All People, then select + Add New Account.
2. Enter the person's first name & last name.
3. Enter the person's Title / Position and School(s).
4. Enter the person's email address & any other information you want to include in their profile.
Optional: under Email Addresses & Phone Numbers, be sure to select the Send New Account Email Immediately checkbox, if you'd like them to get login information upon you saving their profile.
5. Update their Permissions to reflect the games that pertain to their school(s).
We have created several different read-only permissions with school personnel in mind. Coaches and Athletic Directors are the two most commonly associated with schools, although you can certainly grant them whatever user permissions make the most sense for your specific use case.

6. Select Save.
That's it! Repeat these steps for each school user you'd like to use Assignr.
