Many organizations on our platform host various events or tournaments throughout the year. Our Events feature was created with this in mind.
Events are similar to our Officials Lists functionality, in the sense that they allow you to create lists of officials β but for specific events instead.
An Overview of Events:
Here's a summary of how the Events process typically works:
Create your Event. Under Maintenance β Events, add an Event.
Add Officials to your Event. Within said event, add the officials who are eligible to work it.
Tie Games to the Event. For games associated with this event, add the event in the game's Event field.
Assign Officials to Event's Games. When assigning games associated with an event, you will only see people that are part of that event's list in the assigning dropdown.
